I propose a new approach to improving email security by allowing administrators to configure an “authenticity seal” or “brand” for emails originating from known domains (e.g., business partners).
This feature would be particularly beneficial for enterprises, which rely heavily on secure communication with a limited number of trusted partners.
By implementing this feature, Office 365 can help organizations better identify and mitigate the risk of phishing attacks, spoofing attempts, and other email-borne threats.
I suggest initially testing only for domains that are already hosted in Office 365, since it is easier to ensure the authenticity and origin of emails from the sending domain.
If it is already approved for domains hosted in Office 365, it can also be implemented for domains hosted on other email platforms.
