New Graph permissions for SharePoint and Teams

Hello,

Is there in Graph roadmap any options for a Sites.Create (Like Team.Create) and Team.Selected (like Sites.Selected) 

Security teams usually don't agree with more privileges than necessary.

Our goal is to Create new site collections on behalf of user or app and to make changes to certain Teams for specific users/applications.
