If you use the MS Graph API to create an event and invite a room mailbox with auto response, the automatic email message is written in English language, because this depends on the client language the organizer is using.
Graph API servers are considered in English by default so the requests to create meetings through the API will always get you an English response as well.
It would be better if you can control this with the API request.
