Microsoft Search API(https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/search-concept-overview) has multiple features like summary, filtering documents while searching which are not available in other APIs. However, currently this API only supports delegated permissions. This makes it impossible to use this API in backend-only apps. This request is to support application permissions on the API
