Microsoft 365 Quarantine Notification-allow frequency per day & transmission times to be set
Agreed. More flexibility is required for Quarantine functionality.
Our business model requires us to handle "medical enquiries" on behalf of our clients within a 24hr period of being received. We have now had 2 incidents where Quarantine email notifications are received in the Inbox outside of the 24hrs enquiry response window, thus affecting our ability to meet our contract SLA.
Consequently, the choices we face are 1.) Disable the Quarantine Policy at the Tenant level and deal with all the Pish/etc. at the mailbox level or through mail flow filtering rules. 2.) Risk patient safety and our customer relationships due to the rigid Quarantine notifications configuration.
