Microsoft 365 E5 plan shows 0/0 remaining days after entering Dashboard

About half month ago, after entering the dashboard of the Microsoft 365 E5 plan, I found that the remaining days displayed were 0/0, indicating that my account had expired on December 24, 2024.

But the account is in normal use, with fewer active days during the recent holidays. At present, it shows that the account will be cleared after February 11, which is less than ten days. Can this account be renewed normally if its activity level increases recently?

The account is still active and has executed new projects.

But recently, I have been working normally and I believe the activity level has been met. But this state still hasn't changed.

It is worth mentioning that before submitting this request, I had already submitted a form through Microsoft's official link to express my request, but there was still no response.
