Microsoft 365 Developer Program dashboard stuck on “Please wait while we load your information

Hello,

My Microsoft 365 Developer Program dashboard has been stuck on “Please wait while we load your information” for several days.

I have already tried:

- Clearing cache and cookies

- Using different browsers (Edge, Chrome, Incognito)

- Creating a new Microsoft account

- Checking the Microsoft 365 and Azure Service Health pages (both show “Operational”)

However, the dashboard still doesn’t load.  

Could someone from the Microsoft team please help reset or reprovision my Developer tenant?
