Manage Privileged Access Groups with Graph

Update the roleManagement endpoint to allow managing Privileged Access Groups (PAG). We would like to take advantage of using PAG but without the ability to automate assigning user eligibility to the PAG it is a step backwards for us. Currently we use role assignable groups to manage Azure AD Admin roles and have a process that automates the membership of these groups. We would like to take the next step and use PIM, but the Graph API doesn't support PAGs.
