Although clearly stated that the group API is lacking, it would be nice if this could be made a priority as this message is up there for several years (or at least the issues themselves are known for a long time).
Especially not being able to update a Teams/Group Logo (Photo) with App-only permissions is a real pain.

I don't understand why this has not been solved yet, it has been years.
It's a big issue for us and we are thinking of implementing a different cloud provider (Google) because of this.
I especially miss the possibility to create a group calendar event with App-only permissions.
Why is updating possible but creating is not?
