Is there a faster way to get just decisions?

In order to get decisions, a definition has to be selected, then an instance.

To get the access review decision items, I first have to get all the Scheduled definitions and the Instances. According to https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/api/accessreviewinstancedecisionitem-list?view=graph-rest-beta&tabs=http. This process is very time consuming (takes nearly 1.5 hours to get decisions for almost 1200 access reviews) and I want to know if there is a quicker method just to get the decisions for all the access reviews in Identity governance module of azure.
