Internal Ticket Ref for Microsoft 365 admin actions
Would be a nice feature (as long as it doesn't bloat 365 down and make it slow) to be able to add an internal ticket reference for common tasks our helpdesk performing common tasks like adding creating/removing/converting a mailbox, mailbox delegation, adding/removing groups, group membership, etc so that we can reconcile these tasks with our SOC team tickets for changes happening in our environment.
