As we have the posibility to create tasks directly in To-Do (and Outlook) in the OneNote 2016 desktop version flagging text, we should have the option to do exactly the same in the Web version of To-Do, create tasks directly form OneNote web version

Agreed, id like to take notes in teams (private channels) and create to-dos without having to open the desktop app. Keep everything in one app. Private channel as in my business case, we have a team for a site which contains 300 members, but we have multiple departments who have meetings and would like to keep them all in one private channel and add their notes and tasks there, otherwise theyve all got to have another team just for these types of collaboration.
