India region not available in MS Developer Program

Hi All,

This is a issue that has been encountering while I've been trying to apply for the MS Developer program, but the India region (India +91) is not available, I had also created an MS Developer ID using the India region only a couple of months ago back in 2023. At that point of time, it was working. But now, it's not. Do you have any fix for the same/When do you plan to offer the MS Developer Program back to India region again?
