Include the Icon that already features in Taskpane Add-ins for Outlook Web to Outlook Desktop

Currently, despite featuring for Outlook Web, the Icon specified in the Manifest, as IconURL, does not appear in Outlook Desktop; this makes for an inconsistent user experience
