Graph APIs for managing managing Exchange admin operation like mailflow connector and rule

Current way of creating connectors and rules are supported via Powershell programatically. Its complicated to process Powershell and parsing, not in standard API format, it requires additional authorization like certificate and also programitical login via powershell is slower, take over 1min

Having Graph APIs for mailflow rules, connectors, message trace etc would

1. Help accelerate building Applications around exchange operation would be easy and faster 

2. No need of certificate based on workflows. 

3. Being on standard odata, it can be accessed via any known language like java, python, go etc. 

All the benefits using graph API will be application for exchange admin operations.
