Currently only delegated user permissions are supported, and this is very sub-optimal for bots and service applications that need to monitor Teams presence of users.

As we are currently at a decision point whether to invest in expanding our delegated permission implementation or preparing for the announced app permission beta, would you be able to confirm the release is still on track for end of 2023?
