[Feature] Microsoft permission management with Graph API and BreakRoleInheritance

The rest API feature to support Break role inheritance when creating a file or copying a file from the item, it should support Break role inheritance feature.

    I agree, for the moment we have to user CSOM and it's bad behavior for your dev architecture
