Facilitate message exchange between different Outlook Addins running at the same time

I've used CustomProperties to persist data between successive runs of an On-Send Add-in, but I'd like to do similar, between (say) an On-Send Add-in and a Taskpane Add-in, running the same Outlook session, which is currently not supported
