Extract zip file in onedrive / sharepoint

Need to be able to extract zip files in OneDrive / SharePoint.

We have users that work in 365 online only. If they get sent email with zip file and upload into onedrive, they can open and see file list of what is inside the zip file, but cannot do anything with them, can not open files within or extract the files.
