Error filter with manageddevices operatingsystem

Hello,

I try to do this request : https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/deviceManagement/ManagedDevices?$filter=operatingSystem ne 'Windows'

But instead of having every devices not Windows, I have every devices that are Windows.
