It would be great if I could set a sensitivity AIP label to an email created via MS Graph (Highly Confidential etc). This would mean we can call MSGraph rather then screenscrape Outlook.

Hopefully this gets some more attention. Been over two years and still no way to set email sensitivity programmatically.
We have customer requests for our Outlook Add-Ins that would greatly appreciate being able to set these flags.
This is a great option so we can send ISO compliant mail from code!
