Currently we could not fetch any data about Dynamic Distribution List using graph API. This is becoming limitation as all the other group data is fetched by graph Api.
Raised a case for the same : [Case #:30945376] - graph api doesn't support dynamic distribution group.
I think extending the graph api support for dynamic distribution list will help a lot .
Requesting to for this support and implementation on graph api front.

We need this to help build a support desk anti-spam process so that our helpdesk cant email given distribution lists.

This is a really necessary feature. Specially because for larger groups the PowerShell cmdlet is terribly slow!
