I am trying to set up a developer sandbox for 365 and i just keep receiving I dont qualify message. It makes no sense why this is happening and there is nothing that clarifies what you need to do to qualify. Please can somebody assist with setting up a sandbox.

I am having the same issue. I found this thread from a few days ago. It seems that the sandbox subscription is on pause for a few weeks while they wait to roll out a new verification system. It's a shame because I need access to the sandbox subscription for a class.

Exact same problem over here apart from I did have a sandbox, however now all my licencing is gone.
