Custom Security Attributes - User Assignments

It'd be very useful for use Security Attributes to allow the assignment of dynamic groups and administrative units.

This would enable me, when creating a user to assign all relevant permissions & access in one area, rather than multiple. This makes it a tedious task, when creating users to ensure that they all have the same permissions throughout.
