Custom key-bindings in one-note

Hi , 

Please extend the developers API for one-note to listen on keybindings and modify the the action. I want to create a vim-keybindings extension in one-note but as of right now its not possible. 

I am a heavy user of one-note, and can provide help for free in this regard.
