Create the ability to use folders in Teams (the personal friends and family version)

Currently in the free Teams for personal friends and family, groups cannot put shared files into folders (or have a similar way to organize/group content). This feature would help drive adoption/usage among individuals who could use it for personal small group activities, such as sports or activity groups.
