Couldn't enroll in microsoft Developer Program Because of phone number did not pass security checks

I tried to get enrolled in microsoft developer program but while setting up an E5 subscription following problem is showing and i couldn't get the OTP to my number. The screenshot is attached below please some developer from Microsoft developer program help me out.
