Hi Microsoft team and community,
I am trying to register for the Microsoft 365 Developer Program, but my account never qualifies for a sandbox tenant.
- My country is Cambodia.
- I have filled all required profile fields and preferences.
- I am an actual developer and want to build and test Microsoft Teams/Graph/SharePoint solutions.
- I am using my company email (chokchey.com.kh) and real phone number.
- I have tried several times, but the dashboard always says I don’t qualify.
Is there something specific I should do to get approved?
Are there restrictions for certain countries like Cambodia?
Any advice to help me successfully register would be appreciated!
