Calender API endpoint for moving events from one to another calendar

I'm trying to create my calendar in my app, which can connect and sync with Outlook calendar.

I want my users can change their calendar type of their events in my app also in Outlook calendar.

But right now it seems like there's no API to move event from a calendar to another one. So I have to delete the old event and create a new one in new calendar.
