We have a requirement to use an organisation-wide new meeting template. It needs to operate across Outlook New, Outlook Web, and Outlook Classic.
Using a web add in, it would be great to have an event trigger along the lines of OnEventCreated or OnItemCreated where we can populate the calendar body with pre-formatted HTML. We would like to avoid user interaction (i.e. clicking the ribbon), and do not want to manage templates installed or configured on each device.
Ideally, deployment would be via M365 Admin Center targeting specific Entra OUs.
