Calendar invite - register accept/decline/tentative regardless of "Do not send a response"

When accepting, etc a meeting invitation with "Do not send a response", the meeting tracking information is not updated.  I think the intent to use "Do not send a response" is to reduce e-mail clutter but it is not useful for the meeting organizer if the tracking information remains at "None" in these cases.
