When a calendar event is created, any attendee has the option to Accept, Decline, or Propose a new time for the event. After providing a response, attendees can add a message or note related to their response. These notes are particularly crucial, especially when a calendar is declined, as they often contain reasons or alternative time suggestions for the meeting.
Hence we need to be able to track the declination messages via Graph API in order to alert the interested parties.
