Blocking of chat in channels for users automatically.

In the Teams Admin center, in messaging policies, we have the 'Block Chat' option which has been confirmed by Microsoft that serves only to block the existence of 1 to 1 Chats in Teams.

However, this policy does not block a channel's chat for users. In order to be able to block the chat for a user, it is necessary to perform the manual process mentioned below in each channel: 
In the team, click the three dots, and then click Manage team. Under Channels, click the 3 points of the channel you want to block the chat and click Manage channel. After that, change the permission to only owners.

It has been confirmed by Microsoft that this is the only way to block chat on channels for users of a team.
