Application permission for To-do tasks API

At the moment, only Delegated permission available for "To-do task", we need application permission to build enterprise integration

    Hi lindalu-MSFT, we build a back-end service to sync tasks between Exchange and our application. The service will call EWS using a proxy user without providing end-user credentials. Without application permission, can we do this using Graph API? How?
