please provide API to retrieve OneDrive tags on photo and folder (with correlation to each file) level as well as retrieve photos by tag similar to what OneDrive Web has via

I don't know what API is but we are trying to get the capability of tagging photos in our OneDrive business account. WIthout this capability, it is very difficult to organize and search for photos being used by multiple users.
