Allow OneNote note content to be edited with the JavaScript API

The OneNote JavaScript API does not allow editing a paragraph. This fact limits the implementation of a spell checker.

One way to achieve this would be to allow the editing of the HTML of "RichText" objects in the OneNote API. Do you plan to implement this?
