Right now Profile Card customization only allows very limited properties and some of them are Exchange On-Prem properties. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/add-properties-profilecard
Please allow other Active Directory (AD) or Azure Active Directory (AAD) properties to be used for extending the profile card. We currently all the properties we need in Azure AD which are getting synched from AD but we can't use them.
