Add sendAs-Permission-Configuration for AzureAD to GraphAPI

We try to automate the process of creating new users in our company.

We have a python application which is in heavy development and for testing purposes (TDD etc.), we want to use only python or languages that have extensive TDD potential.

So powershell is not what we are looking for. Unfortunately, its not possible to use anything else except powershell to configure that.

It would be nice if all those configuration-thingens for a user account in Azure AD are also available in graphAPI.
