Add option in Microsoft Endpoint Manager admin center to duplicate apps

For testing purposes it's safer to set up a new version of an app than modify existing assigned applications. Allow apps to be duplicated to save time and reduce possibility of human error manually recreating a Win32 app to make changes or updates.
