Add a field for an employee ID number in the Outlook Profile

It would be nice if users were able to add their employee number in their user profile. So many companies and government organizations use employee numbers. It would be nice to be able to look up someone's employee number in the directory. There is currently no blank for this in your Outlook profile despite nearly every organization using employee numbers.
