Add a Document Read Receipt Mechanism to Sharepoint / Teams documents

My suggestion is to have a away of enabling selected documents that are stored in Sharepoint or Teams to have a Read Receipt flag added to them so that all users or selected groups of users must read the document . Then if the document is read either in Sharepoint or teams by  a user in the selected group ,the  flag is removed and the owner of the document  informed the user in question has read the document.. I suggest that only document owners are able to set read receipt flags on their documents. It might be useful for more advanced processing that these flags be available for power Apps or Power Automate Flow to process as well.
