Ability to add Categories to the Favorites menu on the App.

The Outlook desktop app doesn't allow you to add Categories (Contacts can be added but through a cumbersome workaround) to the Favorites tab and it could help tremendously with visibility on specific emails. You can do this in Outlook Web, but the functionality is missing in the desktop app.
