v10.9.10 2301 - MacBook Pro 14inch M1 Pro - Sonoma 14.4 - Workspaces connecting to RemoteApp Windows Servers
Moving windows around the screen, both on the MacBook screen and when connected to an external display is very poor, sometimes failing entirely, to a point it affects work and we need to revert to the shipping Remote Desktop for Mac app.
Also, still no international keyboard support. All our UK Macs, particularly when using Scancode, which we require for our development work in FileMaker, have to use custom United Kingdom keyboards installed on our 20 Windows RemoteApp servers with a floating language bar, which appears and disappears randomly.

Thank you for the feedback, there shouldn't be any differences between Remote Desktop (v10.9.9) and Windows App (v10.9.10) that would introduce the issue you are describing. Can you reach out to macOSWindowsAppBeta@microsoft.com and provide a video showing what's going on?
