Unable to Login to Cloud PC on iOS (IPAD) with the new Windows App Mobile.
The new Windows App Mobile on iOS seems to be broken and does not proceed to Client Authentication Screen after SSO. I'm stuck on a popup screen that says "Waiting for the Microsoft Authentication Service..." when trying to access Cloud PC.
Prior to upgrading to Windows App Mobile, I would see the pop up for authentication which would say, "Enter Your Credentials, These credentials will be used to connect to... "
Note: The same issue doesn't occur if trying to access an enterprise internal Windows PC.

I have exactly the same problem on my iPhone. It works on my iPad, but not on my iPhone.
