I thought this would solve my issues and I would easily be able to log onto my work desktop remotely. Set it up and tested it in the office. It worked great. I get home and try to log on. Nothing. Made sure I left my desktop running at work and everything. Very disappointed.

We recommend to review our troubleshooting section first. The other option you have is to open a support ticket through the Azure Portal.
