Scalability Tool improvements - embed in management portal + auto provision VM's
Currently the scalability tool is not satisfying in large environment. The tool only starts/stops VM's based on load. This still means we have to provision VM's ourselves. Please provide enhancements...
if you consider something similar to VMSS usage in pooled hostpools, would be great!
we have waited a lot and implemented our own automated solution for personal using template specs + automation account.
