Microsoft Remote Desktop - not respecting macOS appearance setting when in auto
When using macOS with the system setting for appearance set to auto for setting the light and dark mode, Microsoft Remote Desktop does not already respect that setting. This has been occurring for a while, but I have just set up a new Mac from scratch without importing anything from my previous Mac and ran into the same issue. The attached screen recording shows that the Mac is already in auto-light mode based on the time, but the Remote Desktop is in a confused dark mode state, which is corrected when I change the Mac to Dark mode and back to Auto.
macOS Ventura and Monterey
