Try to connect RD but cannot login using my mobile, before no problem, same IP connect from PC no problem, can access using same credentials

Hi. Can you please let me know when you are trying to connect via PC to your AVD. Do you have any VPN connected?
Is the AVD having public IP?
Is this your corporate AVD or your personal one?
