Active Directory domain join is failing with Agent version 1.0.13805.400

Active Directory domain join is failing with Session Host Configuration running Agent version 1.0.13805.400 [Validation].  It works successfully with agent versions

1.0.13514.600 and 1.0.13229.200, same vnet, subnet, keyvault, domain OU's.  Can this be fixed before Agent version 1.0.13805.400 gets moved into Production?
