Nice to hear about upcoming improvements to CAU!

To the questioner who asked about WSUS. I loved WSUS back in the day, but I agree it's time to let that product move to the legacy product home in the sky!

Waiting for hot patch availability outside of Azure Arc. When will this happen?
- Artem Pronichkin
Microsoft
One option to get hotpatching without Azure Arc today is to use Windows Server Datacenter: Azure Edition. (Which is available to Azure Local customers.) There are currently no plans to enable that on other editions, although we always keep looking for customer feedback and new opportunities. If you are interested in hotpatching without Azure Arc, what other tools would you prefer to use for update management, orchestration and tracking?
We would like to have Hotpatching in WSUS to use it for our 20000 onprem Server ConfigMgr managed environment. Currently we don't have any plans to move to Azur Arc due to limited fuctionality and dependency on customized internal Reporting Solution which Azure can't provide.
